Brumate provides detailed product descriptions, including materials, dimensions, and care instructions for our Accessories, Drinkware, Coolers, and New Arrivals. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Payment is processed only when your order ships, not at the time you place the order.
Brumate reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
If your order is canceled, you will be issued a full refund promptly.

Warranty and Claims

Brumate offers a limited lifetime warranty on our drinkware products covering manufacturer defects.

Cosmetic defects must be reported within 60 days of purchase to be eligible for coverage.
The warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts but does not provide for refunds.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss of parts, misuse, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

To start a warranty claim, please contact Brumate via our website, providing your name, order details, a full description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product. We strive to respond to warranty inquiries within one week.

Limitation of Liability
